At Kimono Dragon NYC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all vintage tags and labels still attached to ensure a smooth processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of receiving your RA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
